What to Expect We are seeking an engineer to lead formation development and bring our new cellvariant into production. This role focuses on designing a formation strategy that delivers maximumcell quality and performance atminimumfactory cost and cycle time . You will run structured development trials to understand formation fundamentals, evaluate tradeoffs between formation duration and cell performance, and help define the metrics and data requirements needed tovalidateproduction readiness. You will play a key role in introducing a new cell variant to production - reducing formation cost and time while ensuring world-class quality and performance.
