KPMG is currently seeking a Process Architect to join our Digital Nexus Technology team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level process analysis, design, and architectural modeling, ensure all models align, and enhance the enterprise process taxonomy framework
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, experience design, business leaders, and IT to ensure process architecture supports corporate strategy and orchestrates a seamless end-to-end client experience
  • Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for simplification, cost reduction, and quality improvement through automation, RPA, and Agentic AI; define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) that directly link process success to strategic business objectives and operational optimization
  • Take ownership of process architecture governance, including the management of modeling platforms (such as acting as a backup ARIS administrator) and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Lead process initiatives across various business and IT domains while coaching and training Business Analysts and junior architects on process modeling (BPMN), Lean principles, as well as analysis techniques
  • Apply a deep understanding of how technology, data, and information flow through processes to ensure effective system enablement and integration; balance process efficiency with improved client, as well as employee experience, aiming to reduce operational costs and lead times while enhancing overall quality and satisfaction.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in leading engagements in medium to large complexity, enterprise scope business process improvement projects; minimum five years of recent experience in program and/or project management in a professional services or consulting industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Expert level BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) proficiency; Strong software skills in process diagramming, modeling, analysis and architectural modeling software tools such as ARIS or iGrafx; appreciation level or higher experience in IT operations, SDLC (Service Delivery Life Cycle) and agile
  • Profound analytical skills and experience with process metrics and performance management; excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills; Able to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops involving cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinking skills, ability to assimilate new information rapidly and think strategically; strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to varied audiences across an organization
  • Great collaboration and team-building skills with cross-functional teams of business and IT leads; Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels, especially with business process owners, and IT leaders
