Job Overview The Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy serves in a strategic role, shaping pricing strategies and priorities across multiple businesses in both stores and online. The position reports to the Director of Pricing and collaborates closely to ensure alignment on enterprise-wide pricing direction. The Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy provides insights that guide decision-making, capitalize on business opportunities, and enhance profitability across diverse categories. Operating at the intersection of multiple functions, this role partners with Divisional Merchandise Managers and business leaders within the assigned area, building trust and influencing merchant partners effectively. The Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy also collaborates with Marketing, Financial Planning, Technology, and Stores teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. In addition to driving sales and informing future strategy, the role identifies and implements process improvements that strengthen the broader pricing and merchant organization, supporting efficiency and sustainable business growth.
