We are seeking a passionate, service driven University Business Solutions Manager to lead sales and talent initiatives onsite at a large Southern California university. About the Role The University Business Solutions Manager role blendssales and relationship managementto deliver exceptional staffing solutions to our clients while building strong connections within the university community. You'll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and hiring and placing talent in both short-term and full-time roles. Key Responsibilities Generate sales through prospecting, cold calling, and networking with prospective employers Build and maintain a customer database focused on talent pipeline aligned with university colleges Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and university personnel Represent Roth Staffing's culture, values, and services to clients and university partners Attend university events and engage with employers of choice, hiring managers and key leaders to build brand awareness Skill-market candidates and negotiate business deals to meet weekly sales goals Why Work for Roth Staffing Companies?
