Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Chargeback Dispute Specialist to join our ever-evolving Dispute Operations team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you'll own as the Chargeback Dispute Specialist

  • Stay current on Visa/MasterCard rules, federal/state regulations, and internal procedures impacting dispute processing
  • Manage all aspects of the dispute process in compliance with regulatory and network standards
  • Investigate and resolve dispute inquiries from cardholders, financial institutions, merchants, and internal teams
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Handle non-posted items, retrieval projects, and authorization chargebacks

What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in a call center, fraud, or banking environment
  • Strong knowledge of Visa/MasterCard rules and dispute processing procedures
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and MS Office applications
