Summary: The Oracle HCM Program Manager in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is a strategic leader responsible for guiding the organization through the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud. This role provides critical leadership across all phases of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder requirements, and enterprise architecture. The Oracle HCM Program Manager collaborates closely with IT and HR leadership, system integrators, and business stakeholders to manage scope, mitigate risks, and deliver a scalable and sustainable HCM solution. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
