Mortenson is currently seeking experienced Design Phase Engineers I and II to join our Solar group to translate owner's project expectations into design drawings, specifications, and schedules, and provide financial cost documentation. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will coordinate with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. Location: Minnesota- Headquarters (hybrid) Travel: up to 10% This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
