Type: Exempt

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $115,450.00-$121,809.02/annually (Tessera's compensation strategy is to position new employees between the minimum and midpoint of this range, depending on qualifications and experience.)

Tessera is seeking a skilled and results-driven IDIQ Manager to lead the execution of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The IDIQ Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple task orders under the IDIQ umbrella, ensuring that all services or projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract specifications. This role requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables across different clients or locations.

Productivity, workplace safety, customer satisfaction, and the team's success are dependent on the leadership team position's efforts. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of IDIQ contracts, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of task orders.

  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and contract compliance.

  • Monitor performance and progress across all assigned task orders to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contract terms.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal departments on project-related matters.

  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal leadership and external clients.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to schedules or budgets.

  • Support pricing, proposal development, and execution planning for new task orders under the IDIQ vehicle.

  • Manage and coordinate subcontractor and vendor performance on assigned projects.

  • Ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures for completed task orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project Management, Engineering, Business, or closely related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 5-8 Years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or closely related field.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables across different clients or locations.

  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
