Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Write and edit procedural documentation such as user guides, manuals, and internal communication materials Design and maintain Confluence pages, leverage macros and templates for dynamic content Determine the type of publication or communication format that best serves project requirements Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process Perform data management tasks, including comparing Excel files using functions and other analysis techniques Gather feedback from product teams, engineering, and operations to improve documentation and communication Collaborate across multiple product teams to ensure clarity and consistency in internal communications Support agile development processes and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in product/service management or technical documentation Strong experience with Confluence, including page design and macros Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional writing and grammatical ability Strong data management skills (Excel functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work independently while managing multiple priorities Ability to edit and proofread work of colleagues Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative communication style Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-management and accountability for assigned tasks Familiarity with Generative AI tools and prompting techniques, such as Microsoft Copilot Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting Knowledge of major cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and general infrastructure concepts Experience in webpage design or working with content management systems Desired skills: Background in IT Product Management and familiarity with ITIL v3 certification Pay Range: $46.18-$54.18 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
