Overview Our Commercial Excellence Analyst are critical enablers of sales success across the Business Unit. Acting as strategic partners to the Sales Director and wider commercial team, they bring data to life, embed best practice, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This role champions Element's commercial tools and processes - from CRM and PowerBI to account planning and pipeline management - helping sales teams work smarter, not harder. They lead the charge on commercial reporting, campaign monitoring, and sales performance tracking, ensuring teams stay focused on the right actions to deliver growth.
