Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Sales Manager who will be primarily responsible for managing Sales and Business development across the disciplines. The role will also be responsible for efficient Client Management and growth of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBIDTA) in line with the management expectations.



Responsibilities

    Work seamlessly with Sales Director, General Manager, Lab Managers, Sales Executives in the team, and Marketing teams on all aspects of selling as required
  • Develop, maintain and evolve laboratory sales plans aligned to budget attainment
  • Drive discipline in the mandatory usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Conduct weekly quotation reviews with all Sales Executives
  • Conduct monthly Account reviews with all Sales Executives
  • Works alongside General Manager in consultancy based businesses in target setting; new and existing account development, tendering and forecast development
  • Work alongside peers in other sectors and territories to develop and nurture a Group Approach to selling Services.


Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 year sales experience in a laboratory environment
  • Previous experience of Sales Management at a country level
  • Educated to degree level in an engineering or science based subject
  • Strong and determined quality focus with indefatigable determination to get the job done under the most challenging conditions
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
