We are looking for a Audit Certification Specialist in USA. Your mission will be to:
The incumbent works in the third party accreditation certification group and is responsible for performing tasks related to certificate creation, certification KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking, and working with GFSI scheme owner databases. The incumbent ensures that the necessary data is obtained from several different sources, maintained, organized in a manner that enables continuous improvement, and interpreted to provide analysis and direction on the KPIs. The incumbent collaborates with auditing staff to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications Required
This position requires general knowledge of food testing, auditing, and certification methods typically obtained from a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or other life sciences or extensive related experience.
Well developed oral and written communication skills are essential for effective client, supplier and Silliker personnel interactions. A strong knowledge of office and statistical software and complex databases is necessary. This position requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel, to generate reports and communicate information. Organizational and time management skills are necessary to ensure that schedules are maintained within established timelines.
[Management Experience] The incumbent receives general direction from the Certification Manager. The incumbent works towards specific goals and targets that provide a level of service to the clients and auditors that meets or exceeds their requirements. The incumbent is responsible for prioritizing daily duties to ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Oversee monitoring of the various certification mailboxes and drives for pertinent reports and client communications. Respond to general inquiries and seek out
information for technical inquiries.
Help to develop and manage the Google drives housing all certification documents shared by Silliker's global auditing regions.
Oversee the client questionnaire and application process for audits, which requires Silliker to obtain critical information about an audit facility in order to properly plan the appropriate audit. Work with coordinators to ensure the audit visit has been correctly entered in the database.
Responsible for training auditors on internal tracking tools and processes that are used for certification audits.
Monitor pre-audit documentation, audit reports, due dates and audit closure to ensure auditors are meeting deadlines. Maintain tracking records using spreadsheets, databases and other systems.
Analyze certification auditor data and provide interpretive summaries to management quarterly on auditor performance related to KPIs.
Create and issue file review documents for technical report reviews by other certification staff. This involves verifying correct documentation is available, correct assignment of audit duties, and necessary documents are complete.
Responsible for creating, distributing and printing certificates for certification clients. Ensure accuracy in issued certificates and compliance with certification scheme standards by monitoring audit deadlines, certificate expiration dates and future audits. Update management, accreditation body and/or SGCS with current certificate information and trends.
Monitor all audit scheme KPI's regarding upcoming and/or overdue deadlines. Identify negative trends in weekly meetings. Report on overall trends as requested by management.
Analyze customer data for all audit types related to scores, turnaround times, auditor performance and KPIs to be used for customer meetings and presentations as needed.
Responsible for maintaining customer required databases to ensure audit information and addenda are entered, available for auditors and are closed out in a timely manner.
Provide training, guidance and on-going support to the auditors and support staff for on use of technology (egg. external customer specified databases, internal databases, Google, etc.). Assist with external customers and client support as needed. Develops documentation and manuals for databases used by Silliker's global auditing regions.
Collaborate with management to implement new and changed audit guidelines and information in the eSTAR database. Responsible for maintaining all documentation related to audit forms. Responsible for entry and testing of both existing and new audit forms into eSTAR. Provide technical support and testing enhancements in eSTAR (and development of new databases) as needed.
Support corporate quality and continuous improvement process.
Other related duties as assigned.
