Job Summary Reports directly to the Plant Manager and serves as a senior technical and strategic resource for the organization's EHS initiatives. Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs. Oversee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, incident investigation, and cross-functional training programs. Acts as a liaison with external agencies and internal leadership to drive a culture of safety and sustainability across all operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in EHS roles, including leadership of environmental and safety programs in industrial or manufacturing settings. Demonstrated expertise in hazardous materials management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management systems; experience with data analytics tools preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field required, or equivalent experience; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) strongly preferred. Prior experience collaborating with Human Resources, Legal, and Operations teams on cross-functional safety initiatives. Benefits
