Supportive Service Coordinator - Coatesville, PA

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years experience in Human Services field.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Computer skills.

1. Monitor resident's behavior. Ensure a safe, harassment free atmosphere conducive to recovery.
2. Perform case management duties for a caseload of 8-10 Veterans, under the direction of the case management supervisor.
3. Perform building checks for cleanliness and safety (this includes all rooms).
4. Incident reporting to include writing incident reports, reporting to immediate supervisor and following procedure as stated in Merakey policy.
5. Complete assigned trainings within mandated time frames.
6. Adhere to local (Coatesville VA) procedures while performing your duties.
7. May perform additional duties as required or assigned.

Earn $21.67 an hour
