Job Description Position: Sales Development Manager Primary Location: Home Based US Reports to: Sales Director Water Solutions Compensation: $160,000 - 170,000 + bonus + benefits. (salaried, exempt) The range shown reflects the targeted pay scale. Actual pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process. Posted compensation reflects base salary only and excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives. About This Role and You The Sales Development Account Manager is an experienced individual with strong capabilities to develop new business, with a focus on industrial markets such as oil & gas, food & beverage and/or any other industrial segments. They will also be responsible for managing some of the existing water chemicals key accounts. The position requires proven selling skills and an ability to develop new markets as well as a solid technical knowledge of product application. The candidate will also need be responsible for developing and maintaining critical customer contacts; understand & develop market intelligence and provide recommendation with regards to growth potential for the water solutions business. Qualifications
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Sciences
