Overview The Allstate Foundation is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Social Impact Enablement Lead to be a critical part of advancing our strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is an agile, self-directed professional who can support both the development of new initiatives and the robust operation of our established programs, helping take projects from concept to implementation. You’ll serve as a key resource, enhancing the capacity and effectiveness of our work, providing versatile support that spans strategic planning, operational excellence, governance and the execution of high-impact programmatic initiatives.
