Position Summary: As a PER II You will work within our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will work under close supervision to provide support to the administrative operations of the clinical service and will work to ensure the best possible patient experience by effectively coordinating services to patients and families. You will demonstrate interest in and ability in departmental and organizational initiatives & projects with a focus on continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities

Education:
Schedule: Two primary shifts are available: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM. While one of these will be your main assigned shifts, you may be asked to help cover other shifts when team members call out or during holiday periods. The department operates from 5:30 AM-8:00 PM, and flexibility to cover any shift within this timeframe is required, though this will not be frequent. This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates).
