Overview

S2 Global is seeking a Co-Op student to join our Enterprise Solutions team as an Integration Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will support customer proposals and assist clients in adopting our integration software products and services. As a goal-oriented client representative, you will utilize available tools and data to effectively bridge the gap between customers and our internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support S2 Global's proposal team in generating proposal content.
  • Earn trust and build relationships with S2 Global's customers.
  • Monitor assigned customer activity related to the S2 Global product and services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs successfully and deliver the expected results of our clients.
  • Work to retain S2 Global clients by ensure we're delivering expected results for successful agreement renewals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends.
  • Promote additional S2 Global's products and services that would benefit client's goals and needs.
  • Qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and move them in a full sales cycle to close.
  • Monitor adoption rate, retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, churn rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver client results.
  • Update and manage Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool as required.

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in business, marketing or other related fields.
  • Experience with proposals.
  • Detailed and goal-oriented mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
  • This position requires up to 5% travel, including international destinations.
  • Proven ability to operate within a global, fast paced and dynamic environment consistent within a growing global company.
  • Must be well organized, a self-starter, possess diligent follow-through capabilities, as well as strong soft skills.
  • Experience with setting up CRM systems a plus.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Ability to get a US Government Clearance is a plus.
