Job Description As a Title Processing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely handling of vehicle titles across multiple states. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Manage incoming title inquiries and issues via email, text, and phone, providing prompt and thorough responses. * Take ownership of title-related cases, ensuring resolution or escalation to the appropriate department. * Process and verify vehicle titles for accuracy and marketability across various states. * Receive and organize packages from carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). * Distribute titles to the correct department and maintain proper documentation. * Review and prepare documents to ensure title marketability. * Sort titles by VIN and send them to the appropriate buyer. * Upload verified titles into the system for record-keeping. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing. * Proven ability to handle title-related tasks with precision and accountability. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Work Environment * On-site: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. * Parking and tram service available ($80-$90/month).
