Aquent is partnering with a forward-thinking technology company at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a visionary leader to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing operations landscape.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned Marketing Operations leader to make a profound impact by spearheading a critical platform integration. You will be at the heart of transforming their marketing ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized campaign execution. Your expertise will directly influence the company's ability to connect with its audience, streamline operations, and drive growth, leaving a lasting legacy on their marketing infrastructure.

-Location: Remote in the United States. Must be able to work normal business hours in your respective time zone (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

-Duration: early December to April 30th

-Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week for December, January, and February. 20 hours per week during March and April.

**What you'll do:**

* Provide strategic leadership during the integration of a legacy Hubspot instance into the current enterprise Pardot instance, offering expert recommendations for the most effective transition.

* Serve as a strategic leader throughout the integration process, while also engaging hands-on with the marketing automation platform.

* Conduct a comprehensive review and update of the Pardot instance to ensure optimal configuration and performance.

* Categorize, segment, and tag all prospects to enable precise audience targeting and unified marketing efforts.

* Post-integration, act as a subject matter expert, providing crucial support for the development of various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**What you'll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Deep, hands-on Pardot expertise (7+ years), specifically with complex, multi-product enterprise instances.

* Proven experience independently leading marketing automation system integrations (e.g., migrating from one enterprise platform to Pardot).

* A strong Marketing Operations or MarTech background, with experience as a manager leading a team.

* Hands-on experience managing categories, segments, and tags for prospects within an enterprise-level CRM.

* Experience with consent management strategies (e.g., GDPR, preference centers) within marketing automation platforms.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with other enterprise CRM platforms.
