We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic **Fleet Security and Outreach Specialist** to play a critical role in shaping the operational safety and community engagement of our advanced fleet. In this impactful position, you will be instrumental in building bridges with emergency services, developing robust security protocols, and championing best practices that safeguard both our operations and the communities we serve. Your work will directly influence the scalability and safety of our groundbreaking technology, making a tangible difference in how the world moves.

You will be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing vital external partnerships, acting as a key liaison between our operational teams and critical public safety organizations. Your insights will drive the development of scalable security plans, inform vehicle recovery strategies, and ensure our emergency response procedures are second to none. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the continuous improvement of innovative vehicle technology through direct field engagement and expert feedback.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Spearhead the development and refinement of vehicle recovery programs, encompassing policy creation, safety reviews, training, and operational execution.

* Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with local law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and other emergency response groups.

* Deliver comprehensive training sessions on vehicle capabilities and critical safety protocols for emergency scenarios.

* Conduct thorough field investigations, meticulously document findings, and facilitate information requests to support law enforcement and internal Security, Legal, and Safety teams.

* Actively solicit and integrate feedback to continuously enhance innovative vehicle technology and emergency response procedures.

* Scrutinize internal policies and procedures to ensure unwavering compliance with applicable laws and leading safety best practices.

* Represent the company with distinction at industry events and professional meetings, advocating for safety and operational excellence.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 15+ years of extensive experience in law enforcement, with a significant focus on direct traffic enforcement.

* Certification or advanced course completion in Incident Command System (ICS), coupled with practical experience.

* Demonstrated exceptional communication, training, and relationship-building prowess.

* An extensive network of Law Enforcement contacts, reflecting deep professional engagement.

* Proven experience in conducting technical investigations and effectively liaising with diverse external stakeholders.

* A profound understanding of safety best practices and protocols essential during emergencies.

* The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Safety, Transportation, or Emergency Management, and/or certification in traffic safety or investigations.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Command-level experience within a relevant professional capacity.
