What It's Like The AI Product Management team builds customer facing AI capabilities to enable better experiences, reduce calls to care, improve revenue, and solve customer problems. The team is focused on company wide major initiatives that have high visibility, and large scale impact. We have delivered chat in T-Life, first of kind Journey bot to help customers upgrade with assistance, and bringing voice bot to other channels. What You'll Do The intern will own a piece of the roadmap and learn the end to end product delivery. Will dive into data, find problems, write requirements to build capabilities to solve that, work to launch it and measure and report on its impact. Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
