  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

  • Individuals within this job classification are accountable for providing assistance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Technologist.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to function in an assistive role to provide patient care.
  • Must also understand the workflow of the department and perform functions to support that workflow.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved nuclear medicine technologist program.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment/computer systems to perform all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required.
  • NMTCB.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • HAZMAT Certification within 90 days of hire date.
