What You Will Do
As a Systems Operations Program Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our Complex Projects Selection & Costing Program. This includes overseeing the configuration of systems and the automated generation of tasks, hours, and costing. You will drive the expansion of standardized tools to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with regional requirements. This role also supports cross-functional teams by enabling the deployment of standard libraries and selection tools across various regions.

How You Will Do It

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive program plan, coordinating resources and working independently to meet program goals.

  • Maintain and enhance selection and configuration tools to improve operational efficiency and output quality.

  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and standardization across engineering functions.

  • Collaborate with product sales teams to define and support product application needs.

  • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Lead and manage projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Design and implement tools and procedures that streamline business operations.

  • Partner with supply chain teams to optimize product grouping and maximize market reach.

  • Oversee detailed design and development activities and provide mentorship and training to junior staff.

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably within North American Controls business or building technologies.

  • Strong understanding of project estimation and complex costing models

  • Strong understanding of system design, selection tools, and engineering workflows.

  • Understanding of overall JCI project lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with global standardization initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with Excel formulas and automation.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, andabilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
