Within our Endoscopy division,Endobariatricsrepresentsa rapidly evolving area focused on minimally invasive solutions for the treatment of obesity. These procedures offer patients alternatives tomedical andsurgical interventions, supporting improved quality of life and long-term health outcomes.


TheNational Manager,EndobariatricAwarenesswill play a pivotal role in driving education and awareness of this innovative portfolio. This leader willbe responsible forshaping and standardizing the national structure for theEndobariatricAwareness Representatives (EBAR) role, ensuring the team is equipped to communicate the clinical and economic value ofEndobariatrictherapies topatients,healthcareprovidersand stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead, coach, and inspire a national team of 14Awareness Representatives, fostering a culture ofcollaboration,accountability, inclusion, and professional growth.





  • Establish and standardize role structure, expectations, and success metrics for the Awareness Rep function.





  • Integrate KPIs into performance management processes and drive continuous improvement across the team.





  • Design and deploy a national framework for awareness initiatives thatalignwith corporateobjectivesand compliance standards.





  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, HEMA, and Compliance to develop tools, metrics, and resources that enable measurable impact.





  • Monitor performance data and insights tooptimizeprogram effectiveness and resource deployment.





  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align awareness strategies across functions and ensure organizational cohesion.





  • Act as the primary liaison between theawarenessrepresentatives'team and business partners to promote strategic alignment, communication, and execution excellence.





  • Represent the team in strategic discussions and business reviews to drive visibility and alignment of priorities.



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degreerequired





  • Minimum of 10 years in Life Sciences Marketing, Sales, or Field Clinical roles





  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.





  • Proven experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across multiple functions and levels.





  • Experiencedriving patient awareness and educationactivitiesthrough localprograms





  • Experience executing provider awareness and outreach forinnovativetherapies





  • Demonstrated success in buildingorganizationalstructures and integrating KPIs into performance management.






  • Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills.





  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.





  • Ability to travel up to50%.

  • Strong preference forcandidatetoresidein the greater Marlborough, MAarea.





  • Strategicmindset with a hands-on approach to execution.





  • Data-driven decision-making with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $115,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
