About the role:
This Project Management opportunity sits within the Interventional Cardiology division, supporting the dynamic and high-growth Coronary Therapies franchise. The Commercial Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading a portfolio of commercially focused projects, with an emphasis on growth-driver initiatives in areas such as complex PCI, heart failure, and imaging.

Qualifying candidates will bring a proven track record in project management, including the ability to develop and execute robust project plans encompassing cost, schedule, risk, and performance. Experience leading commercialization efforts-such as product launches and marketing campaigns-to drive revenue growth is highly desirable.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop comprehensive project/program plans in alignment with business objectives, including cost, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables
* Monitor progress against commercial targets and key milestones
* Lead cross-functional commercial teams including sales training, field service, sales, marketing, finance, legal, R&D, and regulatory
* Manage multiple projects ranging in size and complexity
* Serve as liaison between project teams and franchise leadership, communicating status, risks, and mitigation strategies
* Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans focused on profitability, scalability, customer value, and global impact
* Elevate critical business risks with proposed contingencies to the Coronary Therapies Franchise Leadership Team
* Lead effective decision-making through sound judgment and analysis of tradeoffs
* Manage financial performance of assigned projects or products; analyze issues and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical strongly preferred)
* Minimum of 7 years' combined experience in Project Management and Commercial Product Management, including:
- Leading significant, cross-functional business-critical projects
- Commercial roles in sales, sales operations, or marketing focused on revenue growth
* Experience managing both small and large cross-functional project teams
* Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in the medical device industry
* PMP certification
* Ability to present to all levels of the organization and to external partners or customers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
* Experience in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented approach

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
