OVERVIEW The Corporate Environmental Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Process & Program Manager provides routine EHSS reports to key stakeholders within the company including trend analysis compiled from various data sources. This position requires the ability to manage, gather and analyze data, provide input on effective data presentation, and complete and distribute scheduled reports. Additionally, the incumbent will be actively involved in both the Quality & EHS Management System Document Databases on the company's SharePoint portal, including loading new or updated documents, and reviewing or updating documents on a set schedule. This role will also cross-train to learn the responsibilities of the Corporate Quality Management Analyst. REQUIRED EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Information Technology, Science, or related field is preferred but not required
- 2-5 years of applicable work experience performing data analytics is required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level is required
- Experience with EHS processes or ISO Management Systems preferred.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the generation, maintenance, and distribution of Global EHSS reports for ASR Group & its assigned affiliates.
- Supports the creation, deployment and maintenance of EHS supporting systems including AIC/IMPACT (EHSS Enterprise Management Software).
- Provides analysis and communication on EHS Data in a format suitable for sharing with partners within and outside the organization.
- Analyze data and provide detailed EHSS insights to help drive continuous improvement
- Supports the maintenance of the SharePoint-based EHS Document Management System.
- Supports the maintenance of the SharePoint-based Quality Document Management System.
- Acts as the global coordinator for the EHS internal audit program and the EHS Compliance Audit program including scheduling, compiling and presenting audit results and compiling and presenting trends.
- Works collaboratively with other EHS personnel who have regional responsibility to achieve organizational objectives.
- Coordinates the evaluation and approval of new process, library, system, or repository requests
- Keeps their manager informed (both verbally and in writing) of issues within assigned area of responsibility; escalates issues accordingly.
- Cross-training with Corporate Quality Management Analyst to learn complaint system administration, weekly and monthly metrics, and Power BI reporting.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
