Alumni Job Description
This role supports the Office of Advancement - University Programs (UP), which includes Gift Planning, Regional Advancement, Corporate Relations, Foundation Relations, Graduate Education, Student Success, and the Chancellor's Fund for Excellence. The Senior Coordinator ensures that engagement goals are met in alignment with university priorities, timelines, and budgets. As part of the shared services support team, this position interacts regularly with alumni, donors, students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in higher education or nonprofit setting, with knowledge of advancement, fundraising, donor relations, and event coordination. Proficiency with CRM systems, strong analytical and research skills, and competence in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools are essential. Demonstrated the ability to manage complex events and multiple priorities with attention to detail, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging donors, alumni, and leadership. ere to enter preferred qualifications Anticipated Hiring Range
