DESCRIPTION
UC San Diego's Temporary Employment Services department is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support UC San Diego Health's transition to a new enterprise timekeeping and scheduling system. This role will be part of the Timekeeping and Scheduling Replacement (TSR) Project, working within the Functional Workstream to help guide the analysis, testing, and implementation of key Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling modules. Position Overview The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, vendor partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define business requirements, support testing cycles, document future-state workflows, and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced project environment. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $79,200 - $143,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $37.93 - $68.68 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
