As a Security Officer - Unarmed Weekdays Mornings Patrols in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. This position requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your daily responsibilities. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in every situation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and verify the credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed, following established protocols.
• Remain alert to unusual activity and/or potential threats within the financial institution environment and report concerns promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Act 235 qualification is required for Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
