The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent aligned with business goals. This role partners closely with HR to support recruitment operations, employer branding initiatives, and administrative HR functions. The position is onsite at the Sharon, PA corporate office and requires up to 25% business travel, including local travel and visits to manufacturing facilities across the United States.



  • Post open positions in the HRIS/Applicant Tracking System.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Complete candidate reference checks.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition team members to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify ideal candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires as needed.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
  • Support temporary staffing requests and collaborate with vendor agencies to fill open roles.
  • Manage recruitment events, including calendar planning, registration, marketing, execution, attendance, and reporting.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the planning and execution of the summer internship program.
  • Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders to translate hiring needs into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Increase visibility of job openings by managing recruitment campaigns, vendor sponsorships, and performance tracking; provide metrics and reporting to HR leadership.
  • Build relationships with technical colleges, high schools, workforce agencies, and universities to create employment pipelines.
  • Identify and attend targeted job fairs; coordinate travel schedules with site HR partners and assess return on investment.
  • Assist with job description standardization and revisions across the organization.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned by HR and TA leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading recruitment marketing, employer branding, and/or digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience recruiting in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
  • Prior experience using UKG as an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including local travel and visits to manufacturing facilities across the U.S.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
