Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Quality Administrative Supervisor, the Data Fulfillment Specialist is responsible to create and submit PPAPs, material compliance documentation (IMDS, REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, etc), and other customer documentation, to acquire and maintain all product approvals. The Data Fulfillment Specialist will work directly with customers and their websites to fulfill requirements. Responsibilities also include tasks and projects, as assigned, to support product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and compliance. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's IATF16949/ISO9001/AS9100 Quality and ISO14001 EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Reference, update, and maintain the PPAP Master List ensuring that it reflects the current state of requests
- Create (Generate and Save) the PPAP (utilizing the most current template) workbook, confirm that common package contents (i.e., Lab Scope), are current and accurate for the submission type of request
- Assemble the PPAP template by adding all of the unique package (i.e., Drawing, R&R's, Material Certifications, Data) contents and confirming that the content is current, accurate, and appropriate for the submission type request
- Customize aa assembled PPAP package by adding all of the unique customer (i.e., Submission Information) along with the applicable and current QMS certifications (i.e., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO14001)
- Assemble the Customer Specific submission package by creating a *.pdf of the PPAP package and adding in the applicable and current APQP (i.e., Process Flow, Process FMEA, and Control Plan) documentation
- Prepare and submit compliance statements as required
- Make customer submissions in the International Material Data System (IMDS) - If necessary, escalate any IMDS expired or missing submissions
- Maintain a strong team-working environment with good communication, collaboration, and work ethic.
- Regularly report out to the Quality Administrative Supervisor the status of all activities.
- Complete tasks and projects that support department goals, objectives, and metrics.
Other Functions

- Coordinate and submit other quality documentation as needed.
- Support work instruction development Identify new approaches to working more effectively and efficiently.
- Audit the quality system as needed.
- Actively participate in learning and self-improvement.

Success in this role will require
- Create PPAP packages and material compliance documentation for all product types.
- Examine drawings, data, and systems to ensure specifications are complete and correct, and product is conforming. Identify discrepancies.
- Consistently deliver accurate, complete, and on-time documentation for product approvals or other requests.
- Plan and organize work to perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent in JDE, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, SQC Pack, MQ1, Dayforce, Dynamics -QT Application, and any other software required for the job.
- Independent problem resolution; responding constructively when faced with challenges.
- Build and maintain effective internal/external relationships, working collaboratively to find solutions.
- Submit IMDS. Basic knowledge of APQP and SPC.
- Knowledgeable in PPAP, material compliance, and related activities.
- Take responsibility for your continuous development and performance improvement.

- Operate in accordance with HellermannTyton policies and procedures; exhibit conduct consistent with HT Code of Excellence.
- Keep a clean and organized work environment.

- Deliver great customer service while working directly with customers and customer websites to complete requirements, work through issues, and follow up to acquire all product approvals.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years related work experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience engaging with customers and suppliers preferred.
- Basic math and technical (print reading) skills.
- Basic software and PC skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work non-standard hours or overtime on weekdays to meet the needs of the department.
- Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate insurance.
