UNC Health Southeastern, in partnership with UNC Health Medical Group, is actively recruiting a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our dynamic and growing practice in Lumberton, North Carolina. Our well-established, compassionate care team includes:

• 6 board-certified OB/GYN physicians
• 1 GYN-only physician
• 6 certified nurse midwives
• 3 nurse practitioners
• Supported by a dedicated and experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Practice Highlights

• Competitive base salary plus RVU-based production incentives and quality bonuses

• 4.5-day workweek with an average of 22 patients per day in clinic
• Call schedule: 1:5 to 1:6 with home call and midwives taking first call
• Dedicated OR block time and access to da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with eligibility for medical licensure in North Carolina
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
