ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

1.

Calendar management responsibilities including scheduling meetings, adjusting meetings and responding to calendar invites.

Basic project management duties capturing milestones, following up with stakeholders, keeping involved parties informed, sending out updates and compiling information. This includes handling onboarding and offboarding logistics and planning, and management of Village Web, Share Point for the team.

Event coordination and planning to include market/team specific activities and logistics and working within a budget. May also include various CASP celebrations for teammates or team including birthdays, DaVitaversaries, Social Work month/week celebrations, etc

4.

Participates in and attends management-level meetings by taking minutes, preparing agendas, handling meeting logistics, etc.

5.

Travel coordination to include acting as a travel delegate to arrange flight, hotel, car travel, etc.

6.

Prepares expense reports to ensure accuracy of all account codes for correct payment of expenses

The Wage Range for the role is $23.50 - $32.50/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
