16-Dec-2025 Program Manager Intern National Nuclear Security Administration 10565BR Who We Are As the Savannah River Site's management and operations contractor since 2008, Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) makes the world safer. With safety and security in the forefront, SRNS develops innovative approaches to deliver on our environmental commitments and nuclear materials challenges; supplies products and services necessary to maintain the nation's nuclear deterrent; secures nuclear materials to prevent unwanted proliferation; and transforms nuclear materials into assets and stable wasteforms. Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include: Responsibilities for this position include analyzing financial performance data to evaluate organizational metrics and identify trends and insights. Interns will also be responsible for developing interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Excel to effectively visualize data. Additionally, they will assist in the development of programmatic and strategic documents by supporting the creation of strategic plans and program proposals through detailed research and analysis. Interns will also conduct literature reviews, mining information from internal and external sources to compile comprehensive planning documents. Interns will assist with data analysis and spreadsheet development to track progress and outcomes. Program Manager interns will develop professional presentations that summarize their findings and project outcomes, presenting this work to stakeholders. This position provides valuable experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and presentation skills. Required Qualifications Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Security Clearance Information SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
