Business Unit Description:
Driven by Enovis' desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.

High-Level Position Summary:

The Facilities Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Enovis Surgical facility. This position is structured as a developmental opportunity, with the Supervisor training directly under the Senior Facilities Manager to build technical knowledge and leadership capabilities in preparation for future advancement. The role supports critical functions such as facility maintenance, equipment management, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Train under the Senior Facilities Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of facility operations and leadership best practices.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of facility maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Support safety and compliance efforts in coordination with EHS standards and company policies.
  • Help manage third-party vendors and service contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective performance.
  • Monitor building systems (HVAC, utilities, lighting, security, etc.) and respond to operational needs as required.
  • Contribute to preventive maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections, maintenance logs, permits, and compliance records.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support facility-related projects and business continuity plans.

Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations, building codes, and facility systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel will be required between Cedar Park, TX and Austin, TX.
