Watts Water is seeking a Senior IT Business Solutions Manager to own and lead our portfolio of non-SAP/QAD ERPs and associated business/enterprise applications. This role ensures stability of today's legacy systems while driving our roadmap toward simplification and future SAP consolidation. They will be the liaison between business partners and the IT department and will work to resolve and coordinate new software initiatives and software upgrades. The successful candidate must be able to organize and lead projects of varying complexity and size. Furthermore, the candidate must be driven to improve processes within the business as well as within the department.

This role will be responsible for 4-6 direct reports.

The role reports to the IT Sr Director, Global Enterprise Applications. This role is hybrid and can be based in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategy, project delivery, and day-to-day operations for non-QAD legacy ERPs and business applications across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate needs into enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Lead project intake, prioritization, and execution using agile methods.
  • Oversee integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware) and ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation.
  • Manage vendor/AMS partners and enforce SLAs, change control, and compliance (SOX, ITGC, cyber).
  • Develop and coach a small team of analysts and application specialists.
  • Support the multi-year transition to SAP S/4HANA by shaping consolidation and retirement roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or comparable
  • Minimum of 10 years in ERP/application portfolio management or enterprise solutions leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with legacy ERPs (e.g. Sage, Epicor, IFS, MS Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, purchasing, and customer service processes.
  • Solid understanding of integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware).
  • Experience managing vendors, AMS models, global support operations and ERP projects.
  • Excellent communication, business partnership, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP Hana S4 is a plus but not required.

The expected salary range for this position is $158,000-169,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
