Management Fellowship Salary $ 63,000 The Town of Lexington is committed to the development of future leaders in public service through its Management Fellowship program. This program provides exposure to management operations for a suburban community with approximately $260 million annual budget. One to two year- long fellowship for individual who has completed coursework required for MPA/MBA.
