Job Description:Provides efficient, accurate and courteous service for patients. Provides timely collection of specimens for all patients. Certifications/Licensures: CPT1 Certified Phlebotomy Tech I - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Service - Required or CPT2 Certified Phlebotomy Tech II - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Service - Required BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training-John Muir Health - Requiredwithin 30 days of hire and every 12 months (or within 30 days of return from leave of absence) Work shift start time between 5AM-6AM Work Shift:08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $33.83 - $46.83 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
