The Opportunity The Manager of Student Recruitment Training & Events collaborates with the Assistant Director of Training and Events to develop and manage a strategic training plan that addresses the needs of recruitment teams. This role will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources focused on recruitment strategies, effective communication techniques, and enrollment best practices as well as identify opportunities to enhance training curriculum based on feedback, industry trends, and evolving recruitment strategies. This person will support the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment events, including Virtual Information Sessions (VISs), College/Education/Career Fairs, and Industry Expos. They will manage event logistics, including CRM resources, scheduling, and promotional efforts, and ensure seamless execution of events to provide an exceptional experience for prospective students and internal stakeholders. Provide leadership and support to recruitment teams, offering guidance, mentorship, and resources to enhance their effectiveness in student engagement and enrollment conversion. Fostering a collaborative team environment by facilitating knowledge sharing, team meetings, and professional development opportunities, this person will also collaborate with recruitment managers to assess training needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance team performance. This role will utilize data analytics tools and the CRM to track recruitment metrics, evaluate training effectiveness, and measure event and training outcomes as well as generate reports and analysis to assess recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role will also prepare regular reports for the Assistant Director of Training and Events to communicate training and event activities and outcomes. Perks Await You at Embry-Riddle!
