Your Impact

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager - Cross-BU Lead AE is an individual contributor role that owns the development and execution of enablement programs designed to drive seller productivity across our Business Units. This role focuses on Sales Enablement for the Lead Account Executive program, ensuring the sales teams are equipped to sell cross-BU with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to succeed. You will manage learning plans, leverage creative enablement approaches, and function as a key bridge between sales and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

What The Role Offers

  • Enablement Program Development
    • Design, implement, and own sales enablement programs aligned with defined KPIs to drive revenue growth.
    • Focus on Cross-BU enablement, specifically for the Lead AE program and other Cross-BU strategic initiatives; and supporting the Global Account Director organization as well. Includes training on account and growth plans, messaging/positioning, storytelling, go-to-market strategies, processes, AI tool and sales plays.
  • Learning Plan Management
    • Build and maintain comprehensive learning plans, including on-demand courses, to articulate cross-selling account management/plans/processes, and product technologies; position solutions; and address competitive challenges.
  • Content Development and Delivery
    • Develop enablement materials such as sales playbooks, fundamental and microlearning courses, cross-selling materials, global account training, AI tool launch and ongoing training, and sales tool kits encompassing prospecting, account planning, objection-handling, and closing approaches.
    • Deliver live virtual and in-person global sales enablement programs for the Lead AE program, other Cross-BU initiatives and programs, Global Account Director training, and AI tool launch and ongoing learning. International travel is required for this role.
  • LMS Management and Reporting
    • Partner with Learning Management System (LMS) team on course and learning plan design, and implementation within the LMS to ensure accessibility and ease of use for the sales teams.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating Quarterly Business Reviews *(QBRs) for sales enablement.
    • Provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

What You Need to Succeed

  • Deep experience in sales enablement preferred, with prior experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs as an individual contributor.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in working in LMS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in designing interactive, on-demand learning experiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving engagement through innovative enablement strategies.
