Overall Summary As Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for achieving successful implementation of strategic product development programs from ideation through commercialization and product rationalization, working closely with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. You will bring a clear sense of urgency and demonstrate a proven track record of driving innovation, leading to the introduction of new technologies to the marketplace. You will be a key facilitator in the new product introduction process including chairing meetings and tracking progress. You will have responsibility for leading programs, leading portions of programs or providing program/project management structure to core team leads. As Sr. Program Manager, you will lead and direct day to day activities for core team members through managing project plans, issues tracking, and accountability for deliverables across multiple functional organizations. This role will also manage one or more product development, manufacturing transfer, product rationalization and/or special project programs, typically from inception to implementation, and establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in addition to managing individuals who facilitate process change control and maintaining master data that support the product lifecycle. You will also take on organizing and leading programs that may be outside of the scope of new product development but related to product support such as sustaining programs and product end of life programs.
