Job Description Summary

Our People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. PXPs will work closely with business leadership and our Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent to do their best work.

Functional Knowledge

  • Act as local delivery experts of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy

  • Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions

  • Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.

  • Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results

  • Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL's Employee Relations and Labor Relations teams

  • Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support

  • Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experience

  • Utilize HRIS systems to understand, assess and drive change based on metrics with an outcome of enhanced employee experience and improved business financials

  • Conduct compensation analyses during the year-end process and ad hoc as need be to ensure equity and pay for performance

  • Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint "on the ground"

  • Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle - using touchpoints and hand offs to other HR function and centers of excellence stakeholders and partners

Skills & Competencies

Leadership

  • Drive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professional

  • Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee sessions, programs, etc.

  • Strong ability to influence whilst effectively managing priorities

  • Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managers

Problem Solving

  • Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders and employees

  • A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organization

  • Excellent organizational skills with a combined proactive and get it done mentality while maintaining acute attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Human Resources experience of 5+ years

  • Experience owning employee relations situations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)

  • Ability to assess, interpret and story tell with data

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)

  • Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization

  • Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively

**Hybrid Schedule- must be on site 3 days per week****

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

99,000.00 - 113,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
