Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing activities for Package, VLH, and Mechanical (Mech) parts Manage supplier relationships and support ongoing commodity/materials sourcing initiatives Support USFC local buy activities, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs Serve as the primary communication and coordination focal point between Sourcing, Mechanical teams, and RDC operations Provide on-site support at USFC manufacturing and RDC offices as required Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material availability and supplier performance Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain-related roles Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in commodity sourcing, materials management, or mechanical parts sourcing Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations Positive, proactive working attitude with a collaborative mindset Strong communication skills Chinese language skills preferred but not required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
