Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sourcing activities for Package, VLH, and Mechanical (Mech) parts
  • Manage supplier relationships and support ongoing commodity/materials sourcing initiatives
  • Support USFC local buy activities, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs
  • Serve as the primary communication and coordination focal point between Sourcing, Mechanical teams, and RDC operations
  • Provide on-site support at USFC manufacturing and RDC offices as required
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely material availability and supplier performance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain-related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in commodity sourcing, materials management, or mechanical parts sourcing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations
  • Positive, proactive working attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Chinese language skills preferred but not required
