Pay Range: $19.47 -$25.00

Full Times/Days

SUMMARY

The Receptionist is responsible for handling all calls, meeting and greeting the public and Front Porch employees in a friendly and professional manner, and directing requestors appropriately.

The duties listed below are considered essential to the successful performance of this position, as defined by Front Porch.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the future and may also be considered essential to the role:

* Operates a multi-line telephone console to receive incoming messages. Takes messages accurately, including correct spelling of names and phone numbers.

* Greets, registers, and directs guests to appropriate personnel professionally.

  • Manage appointments, calendars, process paperwork and maintain records.

* Performs a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and intercommunity mail. Assist in company activities and events. issuing visitors' passes.

* Ensure the front office is well-organized and stocked with supplies.

* Perform all other related duties as assigned
