Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is seeking a highly qualified Warfighting Readiness Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior to support PMA-276 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The selected candidate will provide programmatic and analytical expertise to ensure the successful execution of production, training, and aircraft readiness activities for the H-1 platform. This role requires advanced education, extensive experience, and a strong background in program/project management, data analysis, and acquisition processes.

  • Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and ensure alignment with mission requirements.
  • Review program requirements, status, budget, and schedules to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform management, technical, and business case analyses to support decision-making and program execution.
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon systems, and project acquisition programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management to maintain program integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives and develop comprehensive plans for production, training, and aircraft readiness activities.
  • Analyze program data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership, highlighting program progress and recommendations.
  • Facilitate Integrated Product Team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all parties.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards, acquisition processes, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MA/MS) in a technical, scientific, or business-related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description, including program/project management, data analysis, and acquisition processes.
  • Proven ability to track program/project status, schedules, and budgets while applying analytic techniques to evaluate objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of program/project management principles, including risk management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition IPT, including production, training, and aircraft readiness activities, with 10 years of experience.
  • Prior experience conducting H-1 training systems (Maintainer) and method of employment, with 10 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with naval aviation platforms and training systems.
  • DAWIA certifications in Program Management or Life Cycle Logistics.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $149,000.00 - $177,000.00
