Adobe is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Adobe Global Partner Legal team as Senior Legal Counsel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide outstanding legal expertise for our innovative digital experience and digital media products such as Marketo, Adobe Commerce, Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and others. You will be a key member of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with seasoned professionals to support strategic partnerships and business development deals. Responsibilities
  • Offer specialized legal advice on diverse legal issues connected to Adobe's digital experience and digital media offerings.
  • Work alongside diverse departments to support strategic partnerships and business development transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring they align with Adobe's business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Advise on regulatory issues, corporate governance, and potential risks to ensure flawless legal compliance.
  • Strategically determine and implement legal solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel in business development, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Outstanding understanding of intellectual property, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ambitious, with the ability to successfully implement strategic legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of professionals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $176,300 -- $319,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
