About the Role:
The client is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers as needed
  • Use the LTSS payment system to review employee logins/logouts and follow up with staff
  • Utilize Well Sky to:
    • Make adjustments based on state reporting
    • Staff and schedule employees (core responsibility)
    • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Contact employees to request updated documentation
  • Track and maintain documentation for 50+ employees daily
  • Submit client information to the state when requested
  • Provide limited support with hiring activities when required (infrequent)
