As an Analyst, Pricing at RXO, you will respond to customers and sales representatives who have pricing inquiries and provide accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Compile, review and execute appropriate pricing strategy; utilize internal and market tools to develop and submit pricing proposals
  • Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO, upload rates to pricing data base
  • Act as liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams
  • Work with carrier procurement and the customer sales team to understand market trends that will aid in the review of pricing proposals
  • Quote sales team on new lanes when requested
  • Maintain a basic understanding of market tools and market trends, including seasonality, industries and factors that impact rates
  • Recommend and implement improvements

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of logistics or transportation experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 3 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • The aptitude to quickly learn new software
  • Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems
  • Adaptability under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
