As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Patrol Driver in Weirton, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology-focused location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities within the location, including breaches of access control or facility policies.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors to provide information and assistance as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as directed during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to the unique needs of a technology, media, or telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
